    Carbide circular saw machine is a full automatic metal cutting machine.

    Mainly composed of machine bed, power head, feeding system, clamping system, auto feeding system, loading table, deflection system, hydraulic system, electric system, oil spray system, auto lubrication system, auto chip conveyor, cooling advice, chip clean device, front discharge table.

    Main body integrally cast by the high quality high strength material. With overall good rigidity, high strength, impact resistance, small deformation characteristics, can greatly improve the overall rigidity and cutting stability

    Power head part: The gear box is made of gray cast iron HT300, with high strength and impact resistance. The transmission gear made of high performance, gear material is made of special heat treatment and precision grinding, to ensure the smooth transmission and high transmission efficiency. All bearings adopt imported high-precision, high-strength bearings, so that the whole gearbox running noise is small, stable, reliable transmission performance, workpiece sawing precision is high, no burr, surface roughness in the range of 3.2. The main shaft adopts the advanced structure mode, which can be suitable for the installation and use of the same type of saw blade at home and abroad. It is more reasonable in structure and installation than the existing structure mode widely used in the market, which greatly enhances the impact resistance of the main shaft. The magnetic powder brake imported from Taiwan realizes the gear gap compensation function, realizes the gear zero gap transmission in the sawing process, makes the sawing process more stable and prevents the saw blade from shaking. The unique saw blade stabilization system can greatly improve the rigidity of the clamping circular saw blade, reduce the chatter and yaw of the saw blade, so that the service life of the saw blade is improved, and the cutting precision is guaranteed reliably.

     

    Feed system: The servo motor drives the ball screw, and drive the machine head to carry out parallel powerful feed, which will cut off the workpiece with high precision and fast. The guide rail is equipped with Taiwan Hi-win heavy duty linear guide rail, which can adapt to sawing of materials with high tensile strength.

     

    Clamping device: consists of two groups of horizontal and vertical hydraulic clamping device. The clamping jaw material is made of alloy steel and the hardness reaches above HRC52° after quenching. The front and rear clamping device can be clamped and loosened at the same time. The clamping force can be adjusted according to the required workpiece to ensure the stability of the sawing process.

     

    Hydraulic system: composed of oil tank, concentrated block, hydraulic pump, hydraulic components, executive components, etc., all adopt international famous brand hydraulic parts, low failure rate, reliable performance, stable and reliable to achieve a variety of program action. The distribution of hydraulic system is standardized, which is convenient for equipment maintenance and disassembly. The moving parts are equipped with tow chain for protection. Hydraulic system design for centralized hydraulic station, hydraulic system in the absence of oil, with automatic stop and alarm function.

     

    Electrical system: by the electric cabinet, touch screen, buttons, PLC, motor, contactor, relay, heat exchanger, switch and auxiliary components. The machine can realize the whole process of numerical control, that is, in addition to the manual operation of bundle lifting and unpacking, from automatic material transfer to sawing. The machine adopts Ethernet communication, database reserved access interface, easy to extract data.

     

    Spray cooling system: using imported brand spray cooling lubrication system, this system uses environmental protection cutting oil for precise measurement of trace spray. The well-designed nozzle spraying high efficiency cutting oil to the saw tooth to reduce the generation of cutting heat, the nozzle spraying high efficiency cutting oil to both sides of the saw blade at the same time, lubrication, not only improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, prevent environmental pollution, but also can improve the quality of the incision, prolong the service life of the saw blade.

     

    Oil mist collector: its function is to inhale the mixed pollutants of oil and gas produced when sawing into the primary purification rectifying chamber. The special structure in the chamber is used to balance the rectification of pollutants at the same time, the large particles of oil droplets are absorbed and intercepted by electrostatic discharge, and the separated oil and water liquid is centrally recovered. The flue gas removed from oil and water evenly enters the secondary grid high-pressure field. Under the action of high pressure field, the oil flue gas is ionized, decomposed, adsorbed, carbonized, and the active factor ozone (03) produced in the field is separated and deodorized for the toxic components and odor in the flue gas. Through the above two levels of multi-level purification treatment, the removal rate of lampblack can reach more than 95%, to meet the national environmental health standards.

     

    Automatic lubrication system: It has an independent closed lubrication system to lubricate the bearing, slideway and other mechanical transmission parts. The lubrication mode is automatic lubrication. Under the premise of ensuring the lubrication effect, it is lubricated every fixed time, and low level lubrication alarm is provided.

     

    Saw blade cleaning device: the head part of the saw machine is provided with a saw blade cleaning device, which is used to clean the steel chips adhering to the saw tooth part when cutting, avoid the secondary cutting of the saw blade and improve the service life of the saw blade.

     

    Automatic feeding system: The automatic feeding adopts AC servo control ball screw, so that the accuracy of feeding is guaranteed reliably, the longest single feeding 1000mm. The clamping force of the bar material is sufficient, and the feeding material does not slip, stop and so on. The feeding mechanism and raceway structure of the machine tool are cast of gray iron. The machine tool has strong shock resistance and high stiffness.

     

    Auto loading table: mainly by the bearing frame, transfer mechanism (translation car), conveying roller table, etc. The table is used for placing raw materials to be cut. The material rack bearing more than 10 tons can place 7 meters of raw materials. The material transfer mechanism (translation trolley) will transfer the raw material to the roller table, and the automatic feeding mechanism of the main engine will clamp and feed according to the program setting. The material rack is equipped with a material retaining mechanism, which is convenient to unpack the whole bundle of materials.

     

    Front discharge table: composed of chain conveyor belt, pushing mechanism, discharge port, etc. The finished material and waste material will be pushed out to the left and right by the pushing mechanism after cutting off , and the material will be divided.
