    Features

    • This machine is applied to cut aluminum extrusions in semi-automatic operation.
    • To operate the machine, simply treadle the foot switch, the machine will perform automatic clamping, automatic oil spray, and and automatic cutting, safe and without effort.
    • Cutting feed is driven by a hydraulic-pneumatic cylinder for extremely stable cutting speed.
    • Single or multiple work pieces can be cut simultaneously.
    • Adjustable clamping height.
    • The clamping system is controlled by an independent air cylinder, and adjustable clamping pressure as desired to suit work piece type avoids damage on the work piece due to over-pressure.
    • Saw blade feed stroke can be adjusted according to limit sensor and quickly return button for saving cutting time.
    • Accurately controlled oil mist system greatly improves lubrication and cooling effect, that provides burr-free cutting and ensures long life span saw blade.
    • The machine can perform 90° cut-off or 45° cutting with the use of a fixture (Optional)
