    KCM-150SE single end facing and chamfering machine is a heavy duty hydraulic machine with a 20mm to 150mm OD pipe capacity.  With far more power than our pneumatic machines, it can bevel thick wall tubes, as well as chamfer larger sizes of solid bar or  studs.

    Machine Features

    1. Specialized in finish chamfering and trimming surface of the interior/exterior angle beveling and end facing of tube and round bar quickly and accurately.
    2. Manual material loading and automatic cutter feeding / retracting provides high operational speed and greatly increase productivity.
    3. The semi-automatic model has 2-step feed speed. The first step feed is high speed, then the second step feed speed is adjustable to produce clean and smooth cutting results.
    4. Changing sizes of cut are conveniently made by simply adjusting and changing cutter head and clamp.
    5. Different chamfer angle (30/45/60 degree or as your request) are available.
